Spaghetti con pomodori freschi e basilico
Spaghetti con pomodori freschi e basilico – pasta with fresh tomatoes and basil. This is a very popular dish of Italian cuisine. Simple and delicious . To prepare this dish you will need :
- Pasta Spaghetti N5 or Linguine;
- Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
- Clove of garlic ;
- Olive Oil Extra Virgin – 50 oz.
- Basil – 15 gr .
- Salt and pepper.
Cooking . Cook the pasta in salted water . At the same time the pan pour 25 g. olive oil. On medium heat , fry in butter garlic, cut in half , halved cherry tomatoes and a little basil – 2-3 minutes. Remove from the frying pan garlic and basil . When ready pasta ( al dente ) , spread on a pan , add salt and pepper. Add the remaining oil , stir and spread on a plate. Decorate with basil.
Note : It is important to take to cook very ripe red cherry tomatoes ! Bon appetit!
